Billecart-Salmon Le Rosé Brut Champagne

Billecart‑Salmon Le Rosé is the very definition of finesse—light yet vibrant, with delicate red berries, citrus zest, and graceful texture. A beautifully balanced rosé designed for joyous moments, fine food pairing, or simply savoring on its own.

Origins & Composition

  • House: Billecart‑Salmon, a treasured family-owned Champagne house founded in 1818 in Mareuil‑sur‑Aÿ. Still led by its 7th generation.

  • Blend: Typically around 45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 20% Pinot Meunier. Barrel-aging is minimal; instead, it’s vinified in stainless steel.  Aging on lees lasts around 36 months.

Tasting Notes

Appearance
Pale salmon-pink glow with a graceful, luminous effervescence.

Aroma
Wafts of red berries—think wild strawberries and raspberries—alongside citrus zest and delicate floral notes. Gourmet and refined.

Palate & Texture
Silky and creamy, with red berry flavors leading to a subtle raspberry finish. A perfect interplay of freshness and finesse, showcasing precision.

Overall Style
Medium-bodied, balanced, and light-footed. It feels more vinous than sweet, with fine bubbles, structured acidity, and razor-sharp precision—perfect every time.
