Origins & Craftsmanship

• Crafted on Islay by Bruichladdich Distillery, the Port Charlotte line is defined by its heavily peated character—around 40 ppm phenol—with regional barley, local provenance, and transparency. 

• Distilled in Bruichladdich’s tall, narrow-necked stills and matured for 10 years, it is bottled at cask strength around 50% ABV. ■ Matured predominantly in first-fill and second-fill American whiskey casks and some second-fill French wine casks.
