  • Pale, luminous eau-de-rose color with delicate notes of peach and melon 

  • The nose is expressive yet refined, offering raspberry, wild strawberry, and a hint of exotic florals .

  • Medium-bodied with crisp citrus-driven energy, supported by bright acidity and a salty mineral backbone 

  • Flavors of strawberry, melon, crunchy nectarine mingle with subtle notes of smoke and fresh green herbs, finishing elegantly

  • Stainless steel and concrete fermentation, aged on fine lees for texture and nuance
