Corazón Expresiones Thomas H. Handy Añejo Tequila is a limited-edition expression that artfully bridges the worlds of premium tequila and American rye whiskey. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested in Jalisco's Los Altos region, this tequila is produced at the historic Casa San Matías distillery using traditional methods, including slow-cooking in stone ovens and double distillation. What sets this añejo apart is its 19-month aging period in barrels that previously held Thomas H. Handy Sazerac Rye, a renowned whiskey from Buffalo Trace Distillery.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Aromatic layers of spicy rye pepper, cinnamon, and toasted grain, complemented by sweet agave, vanilla, and subtle citrus undertones.
• Palate: A rich and complex profile featuring notes of toffee, fig cake, and candied fruit, followed by mint, cinnamon, and clove.
