The age increase to 12 years has helped fill out its flavors a bit more, while retaining the signature style. 

Origins & Craftsmanship

  • Distillery: Glenmorangie, located in Tain in the Highlands of Scotland.

  • Heritage: The house’s “Original” single malt was long aged 10 years, but in recent times they upgraded it to a 12-year age statement to add more maturity and body. 

  • Maturation: Aged fully in ex-bourbon American oak casks. 

  • Bottling / ABV: Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
