  • Highland Park is unique in its use of heathery peat (peat containing heather rather than wood), which gives its smoke a softer, more floral edge. 

  • The “Viking Honour” name began after Highland Park’s 2017 rebranding of their core line (e.g. Viking Scars for 10, Viking Honour for 12, etc.). 

  • Casks / Maturation: Matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks.
