The blend consists of 52% bourbon whiskey from the 2019 vintage and 48% Armagnac from the 1982, 2010, and 2012 vintages. The average age of the blend is approximately 9.3 years, combining bourbons aged between 4 to 42 years with Armagnacs of varying maturities.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Aromas of honey, crème brûlée, baking spices, and gingersnap.
Palate: Flavors of chai, green apple, black pepper, and orange zest.
Finish: A firm finish with oak spice, marmalade, and vanilla bean.
