Jefferson’s Reserve Very Old Very Small Batch is crafted by Jefferson’s Bourbon in Kentucky as part of their premium Reserve line. This expression is a tightly-blended small batch of mature bourbons—drawn from multiple grain bills and age profiles, married to maximize character and depth. The phrase “Very Old” signals the use of longer-aged stocks, while “Very Small Batch” denotes that only a handful of barrels are selected and blended into each batch for precision and consistency. The spirit is matured in new American white-oak barrels, allowed to age slowly and naturally, then bottled at approximately 45.1 % ABV (90.2 proof) in many runs.

• Nose: Aromas of deep caramel, vanilla bean, and warm brown sugar open the glass. Layers of dried orchard fruit—pear or dark cherry—emerge alongside soft notes of toasted oak, mild licorice and just a hint of cinnamon spice.
