🏗️ Craft & Context

• From Kentucky’s New Riff Distilling, this release marks their first age-stated core bourbon. While not Bottled‑in‑Bond due to barrels from two distilling seasons, it meets all other bonded criteria: single distillery, 4+ years age, and 100 proof 

• Mash bill: 65% corn, 30% rye, 5% malted barley. Distilled in copper column still, barreled at 110-proof, aged 8+ years, then bottled unfiltered 

👃 Nose

Deep and inviting: rich caramel custard, dark fruit (cherry, apricot, blackberry), with vanilla, oak char, and a subtle undercurrent of pipe tobacco 

👅 Palate & Texture
