This four-grain straight bourbon—comprising 75% corn, 15% wheat, 7% rye, and 3% malted barley—is aged between 4 to 5.5 years and bottled at 104 proof (52% ABV).

French Oak Finishing:

What sets Architect apart is its finishing process. In collaboration with Tonnellerie Radoux of France, Penelope utilizes two distinct types of French oak staves:

• Delicate Staves: Low tannin content, imparting subtle vanilla, floral, and sweet spice notes.

• Intense Staves: Medium tannin content, contributing roasted, spicy, and rich vanilla characteristics.

These staves are selected using Radoux's state-of-the-art OakScan® process, ensuring a precise and consistent flavor profile in every bottle.
