Roederer Estate Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine Anderson Valley

Roederer Estate Brut Rosé brings together California coastal freshness and Old-World elegance: a salmon‑hued sparkler that’s creamy, precise, and beautifully balanced. With refined red‑fruit notes, lees‑driven depth, and acclaim across the board, it’s clearly one of the top domestic rosé bubblies available.

🍾 Blend & Production

  • Estate-grown in fog-cooled Anderson Valley, this multi‑vintage rosé combines 56% Pinot Noir and 44% Chardonnay, with 10–15% oak‑aged reserve wines in the blend—adding complexity and finesse

  • A small proportion (3–5%) of still Pinot Noir, macerated on skins, imparts a delicate salmon hue

  • Aged at least two years on the lees before disgorgement, with a modest 8 g/L dosage, striking a refined balance between fruit and brightness

👃 Aromatics

  • Pale pink with a fine mousse, it unfolds notes of yeasty brioche, fresh raspberry, strawberry, white tea, and a delightfully zesty spiced orange‑peel hint

👅 Palate & Texture

  • Broad and round, the wine is full‑bodied with a creamy mousse.

  • Flavors layer cherry, citrus, orange blossom, and white grapefruit, framed by brioche, buttery pastry, and a subtle dried‑flower nuance

  • Vibrant acidity and salinity lead to a long, mineral‑tinged finish

⭐ Accolades

  • 93 pts – Wine Enthusiast: “firm mousse… orange cream & white grapefruit with a dry finish”

  • 92 pts – Wine Spectator: dynamically builds with strawberry, citrus, violet, spice, and a bright finish

  • 94 pts – Decanter: praised for its creamy texture, savory complexity, and refreshing conclusion

🥂 Style & Pairing

  • Elegant yet expressive, ideal for sipping solo or pairing with seafood (shrimp cocktail, scallops), light charcuterie, and summer salads.

  • Versatile at the table and a standout in celebration settings.

"Wonderful complex aromas and flavors, with smooth creamy vanilla notes, lots of delicate black cherry, herb, spice and pear flavors, showing lots of finesse. Long and complex on the finish. Wine Spectator 92 Points

"An aroma like prosciutto and dried figs and lively flavors of raspberry and tangy apricot bring a big personality to this crisp, well-balanced and complex wine." Wine Enthusiast 91 Points
