Produced by Signal Hill Whisky in Newfoundland (Canada), this expression is crafted using Canadian corn and malted barley, combined with pristine spring water from Newfoundland. The “Overproof” version is bottled at 56.3% ABV (~112.6 proof) and uses a blend of barrels: new white-oak, ex-bourbon and ex-Canadian whisky barrels. The mash bill focuses on corn and barley, and the whiskies are non-chill-filtered to preserve maximal flavour. The blending and maturation strategy deliver amber colour and depth of character.
