Appearance: Clear, bright yellow with pale gold reflections. 
Nose: Complex and powerful. White flowers and peach followed by violet and rose. 
Mouth: Dense and balanced. Candied white fruit and vanilla. 
Vineyard Notes
Vines grown on steep slopes with terraced stone walls. 

Food Pairing
Any shellfish, but especially scallops.  Wild mushrooms including truffles. 

Production Notes
Temperature regulated fermentation. Aged in french oak for ten months.
