Origins & Craftsmanship

Distilled, blended, and bottled in Kalaheo on Kauaʻi, this rum is crafted from pure cane sugar, twice-distilled in a vintage 1,210-gallon steam-powered copper pot still, and cut with filtered rainwater from Mount Waiʻaleʻale. It’s batch-made to reflect true island terroir.


Tasting Profile

Appearance: Crystalline and brilliantly clear, with a slightly oily, slow-clinging viscosity. 
Nose: Light, clean aromas of pikake blossoms, white cotton candy, Meyer lemon pith, and a whisper of fresh kalamansi. 
Palate & Finish: Delicate upfront sweetness—think raw sugar and marzipan—leading into a dry finish with hints of dried ginger. It’s rich yet vibrant, with a clean, long-lingering echo. 
Total Wine adds notes of oak, licorice, toasted sugars, and a fruity pineapple finish—underscoring its elegance and purity.
