Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial Champagne

Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial is the house’s iconic non-vintage cuvée—widely loved for its bright fruit character, elegant mousse, and seamless balance. It’s vibrant yet refined, offering orchard fruit, toast, and floral notes wrapped in a Champagne that’s equally poised for celebrations or daily enjoyment.

Origins & Blend

  • Established in 1869, this flagship non-vintage Champagne blends around 100 plus reserve wines to ensure consistency, complexity, and maturity.

  • The typical blend includes approximately 30–40% Pinot Noir, 30–40% Pinot Meunier, and 20–30% Chardonnay, reflecting the diversity of the Champagne region.

Nose (Aroma)

  • Presents a radiant bouquet of green apple, pear, and yellow-fleshed fruit, alongside citrus zest, lime blossom, and delicate white flower notes. Touches of minerality, brioche, and fresh nuts add depth and elegance.

Palate & Texture

  • Medium-bodied with a refined mousse. The palate reveals white-fleshed fruits like pear, peach, and apple; citrus brightness; and warm pastry nuances such as brioche and lightly toasted nuts.

  • The texture is silky and creamy, offering vibrant acidity and a crisp finish.

Finish

  • Clean and lingering, with echoes of citrus peel, tart orchard fruit, and bakery spice. Refined acidity gives a fresh, polished impression that keeps the wine lively.
