Giffard Creme de Pamplemousse Grapefruit Liqueur

Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse is a bright, zesty, and elegant grapefruit liqueur that brings fresh citrus character without overwhelming sweetness.   • Produced by Giffard & Cie, a family-owned French liqueur house founded in 1885 in the Loire Valley. 

  • The liqueur is made by steam distilling fresh pink grapefruit peels, extracting the essential oils and aromatic compounds, then blending them into a sweetened fortified base. 

  • Because the essential oils are volatile, this method helps retain the vivid grapefruit aromatics and minimizes harsh bitterness.

  • Alcohol content is 16% ABV (32° proof).
