From Tel Aviv’s Milk & Honey Distillery, Elements Peated is crafted by blending two streams of whisky: one matured in ex-Islay peated whisky casks (capturing residual phenols from previous Islay-malt ageing) and the other matured in ex-bourbon barrels for balance. The mash is 100% malted barley, the spirit is double-distilled in copper pot stills, and the warm Mediterranean climate accelerates maturation in a distinctive way. The final bottling is non-chill-filtered and bottled at 46% ABV.
